Licensing Information

The following information details the licensing arrangement we will have with you, upon your purchase of music produced by Flip'n'Switch:

In return for your payment for each CD or Download in the library, we will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site lifetime license to use the music in synchronization within any of your own audio or video productions and to market and distribute those productions worldwide.

Use in major theatrical releases or in mass-market retail distribution (5000+ units) is licensed separately by contacting Flip'n'Switch on 01706 818647 or e-mailing us.

You are NOT permitted to share, re-sell, reproduce, or otherwise transfer the music itself to any other individual or production company. Any attempt to reproduce, share or re-sell the music itself will subject you to criminal prosecution. This music is protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom.

If the Music is intended for domestic or international broadcast a cue sheet must be completed, either by:

1) using this online cue sheet,

or

2) downloading the cue sheet as a .PDF document and returning it to:-
